Ingredients:
Pressure Cook:
1 Cup White Peas
3 Potatoes
Salt
Water
For Puri:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Oil
Water as Require
Oil for Frying
For Aloo Sabji:
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Asafoetida
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Green Chillies
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder
Salt to Taste
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
Fresh Coriander
For Chutney:
1/4 Cup Kokum
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp Black Salt
Salt to Taste
Water as Require

रेसिपी अलग और बढ़िया है... पर एक बात कहना चाहता हूं तुम हमेशा कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च का ही यूज़ करते हो इसलिए मुझे हमेशा ऐसा लगता है कि तुम्हारी कोई भी रेसिपी में तीखा पन होता ही नहीं है... मुझे बताओ पूरी तरह बगैर मिर्च के चरपरे पन के कोई भी रेसिपी खाने का कोई मतलब निकलता है..??? और चाट बगैर मिर्च के करारेपन के, मेरे समझ से बाहर है... इसलिए मैं कभी कभार ही तुम्हारा चैनल देखता हूँ... तुम्हारी बनाई रेसिपी सिर्फ बहोत छोटे बच्चों के लिए ही बना सकते...
