I have a harrier fearless+ AT..faced issues with the instrument cluster more than once..the infotainment screen got switched off twice during a run. Went to the showroom and they told that there was a software update..but i faced the same issue once even after the update. Hope tata will fix all the bugs

Service nallathanu Customer support better akunu from TaTa. Luxon Motors aduthula service centerm vangit und but not started operating yet so hopefully TaTa could do better Luxon 🤞

Paddle shift ullathu kondu Torque erattikum... athokke wrong details aanu.. Torque is related to engine.. Paddle shift is for changing the gears in manual mode driving!!! So gear down shift cheyumbol definitely carinu kooduthal power varum..

True. I am owning Nexton 2018 September Diesel full option model.. Fully happy with the car. Zero complaints. Small issue with the service as Tata service does not have a professionalism like Hyundai. Its like a Govt company. if you need an update, you have to call them where as Hyundai keeps updating you frequently

ടാറ്റായെ വെറുതെ കുറ്റം പറയുന്നവർക്ക് ടാറ്റ വളരുന്നതിൽ കുശുമ്പും അസൂയയുമൊക്കെ ഉള്ളവരാണ്. പുതിയ ടാറ്റ കാറുകൾ ഓടിച്ചു പോലും കാണില്ല. എനിക്ക് ഒരു ഫോർഡ് ഡീസൽ ഫിഗോ ഉണ്ടായിട്ടും വീട്ടിൽ വേറൊരു വാഹന ആവശ്യം വന്നപ്പോൾ ടാറ്റാ ടിഗോർ ഇറങ്ങിയ സമയത്ത് അമേസ് വാങ്ങാതെ അത് വാങ്ങിയതാണ്. ഒരു കംപ്ലൈന്റ്ഉം ഇതുവരെ അതിനില്ല. 45K ഓടി. മിക്കവാറും ട്രിവാൻഡ്രം മോട്ടോർസ് തിരുവനന്തപുരത്താണ് സർവീസ്. റിവേഴ്‌സ് എടുക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരു ടിക് ടിക് സൗണ്ട് കേൾക്കുന്നത് കാരണം ക്ലച്ച് മാറ്റി തരണമെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഒന്നും പറയാതെ അവർ മാറ്റി തന്നു. അതെ സമയം ഫോർഡിൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ അവർ മാറ്റി തരില്ല കാശ് കൊടുക്കണം.

@@pranavjs അതൊക്കെ ഡീലര്ഷിപ്പുകളുടെ കുറ്റം ആണ് ബ്രോ . ഞാൻ ഇതുപോലെ ഉടക്കുണ്ടാക്കി എന്റെ കസിന് വേണ്ടി മാരുതി സാരഥി സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ നിന്നും 30k തിരികെ വാങ്ങിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. പക്ഷെ മാരുതി കസ്റ്റമർ കെയർ എന്നോടൊപ്പം നിന്ന്. അതുപോലെയാണ് ടാറ്റയ്ക്കും. കേരളത്തിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്യാതെ കാശുണ്ടാക്കാൻ നടക്കുന്നവന്മാരാണ് അധികവും.

Most of these SUVs are not value for money. I will prefer going with CBU like Tucson, Kodiaq, Tiguan or the mighty Innova. The harrier is no where 2.5 times Nexon. Else buy one Sedan and One Jimny for that price

I have a 2020 nexon, the service is overall good. There were minor issues, I expect that from any dealer. I have a Vespa and 2013 Honda CBR (150) as well. Honda service is not bad. Vespa, though they say, is the premium brand of scooters has the worst service. It’s utterly rubbish, I must say. I too saw negative comments about Tata service, but my experience overall is good. So I would suggest you to speak to people who own tata cars to get a first hand experience rather than looking at people’s negative comments on social media. Vast majority of them don’t even own a Tata.
