Crosswatcher with a lot of love and openess, but had to set boundaries. It sucks on this side I must say! My family was always soo controlling n toxic that I would shut off my emotions n joy around them. I haven't watched the video, yet, but the title is literally true for me. I got diagnosed with silent sleep apnea and got my cpap in February. I was legit dormant (dormir means "to sleep" in french) from lack of sleep. My body has spent this few months period healing and getting used to FINALLY having oxygen while I sleep. And it is becoming a HAME CHANGER for me. Check your health, everyone. You might feel way better than you ever knew you could.
