The primary motivation for putting my introverted-self on KZfaq in July 2019 was to try and help guide people out of those dark places that we all find ourselves in, from time to time. I've been there, sat at the bottom of dark holes, and I feel I know something of the way out again. I want to be to others that which I needed myself at earlier points in my life, so that people don't have to navigate the dark alone.
I use tarot as a tool of self-discovery, personally and for my clients. It is possible to use it for divination purposes, and I do employ this in my readings, but I feel it is more important to get in touch with ourselves, first and foremost, and confront the ~ darker ~ sides of ourselves. No one is perfect, and personal growth is a never-ending endeavour. The closer we can get to our imperfections to objectively assess them, the easier it is to let go of those self-limiting beliefs, toxic behaviours and projections that we are all plagued with. In simple terms, I use tarot for shadow work and self development. All I ask is that you be open to the message.

Wow... I have been here before but this reading totally baffled me. The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho I read years ago, "What is supposed to come to you does not go by you" I've told people for some time now it is even on my insta. Working smarter and not harder is also something I've brought up for weeks now. It's just how I am. I just moved house and to the work place I want to be at ideally already 6 months ago. I totally get this reading and it completely f-n resonates. I have always been an action oriented Taurus NOT afraid of changing. I've been through the wringer but I always bounce back. Me too: bought an apartment in Spain, had it completely renovated ( from a distance, I was not in Spain but did everything via telephone! Thank God I speak Spanish. That was absolutely necessary. Now I am planning to live there for ever. Lot of things to organize ( renting my apartment here where I live) and the necessary cleaning up/ throwing away a lot!!( supported by the Lunar Eclipse in March!, letting go!). So yes. You are spot on. I am not afraid of anything anymore, I just DO it! I want to live better, healthier, you name it. I am over 75 and people just don’t believe I dare to do this. It is marvellous!!! 5 years of grief heartache loss of two family members a grandma and a sister a court case as one traumatic death. I resonate with the absolute absence of fear nothing to fear I’ve been pivoting through layer of darkness on so many levels in this time. Whilst fighting my own demons MH and questioning my internal and external realities. I’m bruised battered wounded but strong as a bull (not a cow I instantly thought of a milked cow and been drained by others 😂! let the fire 🔥 burn everything to the ground that has gone before this the self limiting beliefs the need to please and fit in. Making my own rules my own life and will not be sacrificing my life my time or my energy or betraying myself for anyone else. What a reality check when you realise how you have been held back by your need to serve others when your place of belonging was inside all along! Powerful stuff. I see myself in a completely different cycle. I was abused as a child and then my son turned out to be a narcissist and it’s been hell, but I had to sever that relationship and for the past four years I thought it was gonna die. I got clinically depressed, but I worked very hard last year that really pulled myself out, and I lost my job and just feeling confident that I can do something else that is actually my passion and not forcing myself to do something that I hate to do because I do for career. Really spent intense how I speak where I was accountable for attracting narcissist. I was such a people pleaser always focused on helping others. And I was a doormat and I didn’t get it and I had to break all those so you’re reading is so in my face. I love it thank you.

It's more a sense of pressing forward and leaving it up to others to decide if they are coming along or not. If they are, great! If not, we move ahead without them - their choice. We don't know exactly where we're going, but we know we can't go back. Very much an exploratory experience because we only see shadows of what lies ahead (moon). That's my take.

“Scared to show your Full Self; you wanted to be accepted - so you cut off your own edges to fit into small box people fashioned for you”. That’s my masking/CPTSD/Freeze&Fawn response. I realized it just a few months ago. I call it “Blank Canvas”. My entire life, for 20 years (I’m 25): I was hiding everything: from the way I would normally sit - to what my dreams are. Because I learnt: others don’t vibe with it. And can permanently destroy it for me (mocking, questioning, projecting their own limiting beliefs, etc). So, I stripped myself of my own identity - to protect it. I became “blank canvas”. When it’s blank - there’s nothing they can find to reject. When it’s blank - there’s all the space for them to imagine me to be whatever they want me to be - without ever running into any contradiction of it. I recognize it as a defense mechanism. To protect me against the very people… who are drawn to blank canvas. Because what type of person would be upset over you not being exactly what they want you to be? Not “convenient” enough for them? Agreeableness attracts Users (narcissists, etc). And I spent too many years being convenient for the environment that’s not convenient for me. If anyone’s uncomfortable with me existing as myself - so be it. If They bring discomfort in the equation - They can hold it. They can keep it all to themselves. I’m done being uncomfortable due to THEIR discomfort. I’m done making myself smaller - just cause I’m too much for THEM. (Them - being People, Norms, Former & Hypothetical reactions.) Thank you Carrie, interesting reading that absolutely resonates with me. It’s so true that lm very calm nowadays, that years ago I wasn’t and very uncomfortable to change, always shape shifted to peoples needs. This was something that I developed due to the bullying I received from the age of 7 from outside influences right up to adulthood, in the workplace and in relationships. Strange thing to me is that I walked away from a 30 year toxic marriage to a narcissistic for the 2nd and final time 2 years ago after hearing a calling. I’d always known I was going to consider a spiritual path but felt a real magnetic pull in 2020. I thought it was later than most as I’m in my mid 50s but just went with it. So when you said 4 years I was a little shocked (in a good way) there are so many synchronicities going on in my life right now. 😊 Best thing I ever did. I’m living with my parents right now, my kids are grown and I’ve never felt such an almost supernatural strength. I’m so free, wise and get to continue with an artistic hobby which I will be turning into a dream of mine. I always helped others and continue to do so. My motto from 20years + was before I leave this world I want to make a difference to people’s lives in a positive way but my integrity has grown and so too has the respect for ME. i still think about the “im a bull not a cow” too lol the reading resonates a lot with how i am at my new job i just started 2 months ago. my boss is amazed at how fast i ramped up and how i stay so calm even when it gets hectic because even he gets anxiety and overwhelmed. i actually confidently keep him inline a lot as far as work, reminders and such lol

Spot on reading as usual. I live in a third world country and I’ve spent YEARS of my life investing my time and energy (because that’s all I have, I don’t have money) into other people/ relationships hoping to get the scraps they can afford or that they want me from their successes, to survive. Took so much shit, compromised, suppressed and SACRIFICED myself to the point that I am so dependent on people… where I obligated to conform to people for scraps. Today my head is under water, I had a small business that has been failing for year and has now failed. I don’t have a job BUT I’ve still spent this month cutting off every toxic, manipulative, controlling, entitled energy/ person though they provided me scraps as a safety net. I don’t know what’s next for me but I have total faith in God and I know I no longer want to live or feel like this. I know life is about to change dramatically for me and in my best interest any day now. Faith is literally all I have.
