I’ve had a lot of similar issues over the years and even had to have some extra hardware added to some of the vertebrae in my spine to prevent one of my discs from being completely flattened. If you have 1-2 tennis (or even smaller) soft balls around the house, lying on them on the floor or even rolling them along your spine can help to loosen up tight muscles that can lead to injury. Also, when the muscles in your lower back are too tight, it can lead to upper back injuries and vice versa, so you may consider also doing some light stretching exercises for your lower back as well. Alternating heat and cold, as you’ve been doing is very good! I hope you’re feeling like yourself again very soon my love!! 😘🩷😘🩷😘🩷😘🩷😘

I have court tomorrow about custody to do with my son my contact was stopped and made very difficult by my ex partner with a lot of lies and deception and I’ve been praying and hoping for the outcome me and my son want and deserve, it’s been the hardest 2 years of my life and I know this may be the first of a few hearings but I’m very hopeful and have faith in the Devine as I’ve always felt very protected. Grandmother taken ill - family are extremely vicious and as the grandchild trying to protect both grandparents while others are more concerned about possessions is such a challenge.
