Sometimes, in 4 way chess, you can take over an opponents forces as your own by removing his king. His remaining subjects become your own pieces.

No you can’t. It’s explicitly stated in the rules whether or not the pieces are removed or become yours in the rules of whatever variant you want to play. Also it’s always a checkmate. There is no “removing the king”.

hmmmm, the isle of lewis chess pieces the undisputed "Original" chess pieces. There were 78 pieces total and consisted of kings, queens, bishops, knights, wardend "rooks", and the pawns were a geometric shape. Not sure about your 6 piece theory.

hey. The movments are easy. I cannot find a explanation about the Check on King. And how the game continuous after one king gone. The pieces continue on the board making a barrier, or loosing you have to took it all ?

Thiago Barreira it’s their private game so they can do whatever they want. If they decide the king has no royal authority it’s their choice Standard rules for teams are if a player is in checkmate on their turn the game is over. The king can be captured but not like it is here. If a player is in check he must address it. It is illegal to ignore. 4:00 player two is in checkmate, since player 3s queen is protected by his bishop, the king cannot escape. The game would be over by standard rules The only way to capture a king is if say player 1 makes a move that opens up one of player 3s pieces with an attack on player 4s king. Player 3 moves before 4 so his piece could take the king. It would also end the game. (Player 2 could block it if he has a piece that can do so) legitimately capturing the king is pretty rare and with decent players

Thiago Barreira also the board isn’t set right, whoever moves first should have their king on h file and queen on g file. Here players 1 and 3s are backwards and need to be switched. Player 2 and 4s are correct though. The colors are arbitrary but normally red, blue, yellow, green is the order. This of course can be changed without affecting the game. However I wouldn’t want to relearn new colors!!! Move order is extremely important to remember Again though this is their private game, they can use whatever position they want.

In 4 way chess the king is 1 million points in some places they don't let them take you the king but you can usually take the king.

You can play 4 player chess on chess.com These guys are not playing by standard rules but it’s their private game for fun. Just don’t use this it to learn if you actually want to play Look up Lars 4 player chess, the strongest player in the world (maybe second strongest depends who you ask, the alternative being a grandmaster named Dmitry, but he offers no commentary) gives commentary on games. Even if it’s not the best commentary, the moves are top quality. Also luke4playerchess offers his ideas on teams and on free for all. He’s a decent player and at the least can allow you to watch some strong players games. You can also join chess.com and spectate live games. Without commentary of course.
