Instructions INSTRUCTIONS 1. 4 Quarters Leg piece 2. Roast these 1. 1 table spoon Coriander seeds 2. 2 table spoon jeera seeds 3. Red dry chille f o them 3. Grind above into powder 4. Grind into paste 1. 2 Tomatos 2. 1 onion 3. Ginger \garlic paste? 4. Masala from above 5. A couple of chillis (depending on preference) 6. Yogurt (preferred to water) 5. Add salt to teh paste (1 tsp) 6. Dont cut the chicken 7. Dip and apply masalas to the chicken 8. Marination 1. Leave for 3 hrs in freezer if in a hurry 2. OR better yet keep in 12 hrs in fridge 9. Grill in Tandoor OR presumably oven for roughly 10 minutes 1. it should be golden brown 2. its 60 percent cooked at thus point 3. Apply deep cuts on the chicken 10. prepere in Bowl 1. chaat masala 3/4th table spoon 2. yogurt 2 cups 3. 1 lime 4. 1 tea spoon salt 5. add 2/3rd table spoon of remaining marinade 6. Black pepper (lil bit or the flavour) maybe 1 tea spoon 11. Heat tawa and put on tawa 12. apply whats in bowl (above) ON the chicken 13. Add chilli cut up and lime cut up 14. When cooked well apply oil and cook or five more minutes Someone comment i I messedup or missed anything please

I made it... isme 2 chizain point karni thee. Aik to mirchain bilkul nahi theeen.. Cox ap ne sirf wo dry red chilli dali aur green chilli . Muje alag se red chili powder dahi me add krna para dusra jab lemon slices k sath fry kia chicken to uske chilkay ki waja se karwa zaiqa ara tha chicken mea. Phr mene aglay batch ko lemon squeeze kar k fry kia
