I think your translation of "income" is confusing as this is often seen as profit-related, like in "gross income" and "net income"). Tax on revenue or tax on turnover would be more appropriate I think. Anyway, I highly appreciate your videos and I'm going to book a consultation with you in late January or February, when I've developed my entrepreneurial vision. Still trying to find out if an IT-consulting business is eligible as Romanian microbusiness, since the consulting-category of business was exempted in the past if I remember correctly.

Hello - thank you for your suggestion - I will take it into consideration. Yes, CAEN code 6201 is subject of microbusiness - and here you can see what does it mean: www.coduricaen.ro/6201-activitati-de-realizare-a-software-ului-la-comanda-software-orientat-client. Hello! For 1-3% income taxable companies: after income taxation can they spend money from business card as they want including owner”s personal expenses?

Hello. There are a lot of expenses which you can do after paying those 1-3% - expenses which are deductible from the company's bank account. They are not exactly all for the owner's personal interest, but you can deduct almost everything related with the CAEN code of the activity of the company.
