Question if you have merch and create it connected to your KZfaq can you write it off?

its considered inventory until you sell it, which then gets classified as Cost of Goods Sold

@@GabrielleTalksMoney may you further explain what that means? As well, I just registered my name as a LLC for my KZfaq channel, I have a domain for my clothing line/ merch, my question is, is it okay for both of those things (the channel and merch/line) to be under the same LLC?

What if KZfaq channel (sole proprietorship) do not generate enough income? Still allow to write-off the expenses? What happen if I delete the channel?
