See If you are doing intraday trading on stocks equity not using derivatives then it is speculative and losses to be forward for 4 yrs and in future it will only set with speculative profit not from normal business or any other source..on the other hand if you traded using derivatives (derivatives means mainly F&O) then it is treated as normal business and losses to be carry forward for upto 8 yrs and intra head set off can be done via normal business profit and speculative as well as inter head set off also available except salary..hope u understand..

F&o turnover based on profit and loss If in a trade your 5000 profit And 2nd trade 2000 loss Then turnover is 7000 Not on buy + sell If it happen all will require tax audit 😂

I think 2 cr turnover limit was extended to 10 cr turnover for mandatory audit. I can be wrong as well can’t recall.

mera exness se forex trading me loss hua hai to usko other source se loss ko setoff kara sakta hu kya? aur Profit loss ki CSV file download karne par Buy-sell ke profit loss show ho raha hai but monthly statement me Buy-sell ke profit loss ke sath brokerage charge bhi included hai to koun sa profit /Loss setoff karnge ITR me ??? Brokerege includewala jo monthly statement me hai ya phir bina Brokerage wala jo CSV file me hai?

Intraday equity is different than F&O. Also, tax on your job salary is different than the tax on F&O. F&O trading income is considered as a non speculative business income.

F&O me mere demat account me 6k rupee h.... Ab m din me 5 baar trade leta hu sell krta hu pure 6k 6k se... To ab audit count ispe huye profit loss pr lgega yaa jo mene 30k ki trading krli usse... Agar 30k hoga to 2 crore to year k easily jo jaayege or lekin profit to total he 700 hua h😂

But Sir as per the new rule now total of absolute value of realised P & L will be the turnover value for both futures and options. That means only the profit value and the loss value (in positive) of every trade, will be added to calculate the total turnover. Eg. If you have a total of 4k profit from f & o in a financial year and 6k of loss for the same then your total turnover will be 10k for that FY and this is a good news for the traders doing F & O. ☺️
