Hi there! Your first flower very much reminds me of a flower from a dogwood tree. Not exact, but very close. They also come in a pink. This is not the Japanese Dogwood, but the old-fashioned one. It’s one of my most favorite, and I am always reminded of my dear mother in law when I see one. Thank you so much for your videos. I can't find #10! Only #242, 244 and 2444(?). No #10's! Amazon, cake suppliers... nothing. I'm in the states.... Sigh....

They look great! I'm always unsure of which buttercream to use, which recipe? Like you said it has to be quite firm to hold its shape.
