This was very interesting. He learned how the country works. This also should be a cautionary tell and a teachable lesson for viewers to not believe the hype from some KZfaqrs. He was the pied piper, telling everyone to come buy and live, in paradise when he didn't know what was the.. real DR. He was Trump-esque, presenting himself as someone knowledgeable and connected. It is good to see that he is now giving better informed advice. I tell everyone the best way to enjoy the DR is to come and enjoy, don't try to understand it. It has something for everyone

🗣️🗣️🗣️🗣️ Preach!! I love the DR! It’s there for me to enjoy 4-5 days at a time. I’m a foreigner. There’s no way I can expect to move there and be embraced. Especially when brothers won’t even try to learn the language. How can you have any type of great relationship if you can’t communicate?? 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

nice interview, i am in DR a lot but inna di south. i feel di outcome of all dat happened is based on weh he lived an how he move in his life which was ina di north, puerto plata/sosua. i say it similar in jamaica wit crime and corruption an all di the security yuh need plus di courts tek long time to resolve tings. they are good people in DR like everywhere but tings happen an a choice has to be made. blessings to both

It has to be "transactional" in 3rd world countries because the "masses" are not as fortunate as Americans to have Social Security, pensions, IRAs and 401k. The GDP of the U.S. is $55,000. The GDP of DR is $8,000. It is a lot harder to be more accountable to yourself in the DR than the U.S. I do understand that generally the culture of DR is different than the culture of Thailand.
