Your clothbound books look great in your curio. I'm curious to know what you think of Hester. It really sent me down a rabbit trail of embroidery. LOL happy March reading!

I like Sara Pennypacker's Clementine books. Ooh, Alias Grace is one of my facorite favorite Margaret Atwood novels. I would classify as a backlist title; I think it came out in the 90s. Looks like a good month!

I loved Alias Grace and didn’t love Hester 🤔. I have Violetta on my TBR. Well I went to a local bookstore in London and they had several cloth covered classics however no Tolstoy. I wish I would have gotten your contact number before I left and I could have text you some selections. So sorry I couldn’t find either one of them 😫 but my daughter and I tried.

Looks like a good reading month! I really enjoyed Hester. Violeta was a mixed bag for me. Some of the writing is lovely, but I found it kind of slow.
