It sucks that no one else is talking about those new ace attorney x mario sprites nick uses for editing. Whoever that artist is did an amazing job. Cant replace the funny charm of gumshoe, butz, phoenix and atmey, but theyre so fun to see! Crazy ass video, Nick. Loved it ^^

4:17 there are 5 possibilities: 1) 1st player explodes. Since there's one bad lever out of five, this happens 1/5 of the time 2) 2nd player explodes. For that to happen, 1st player must survive, in other words, press one of the four good levers. That happens 4/5 of the time. Now there are four levers remaining and one of them is bad. 2nd player explodes by pressing that, which happens 1/4 of the time. These latter event (2nd player explodes) depends on the former (1st player survives), therefore probabilities are multiplied. 4/5 * 1/4 = 1/5 3) 3rd player explodes. By the similar logic you can conclude, that the odds of that happening are 4/5 * 3/4 * 1/3 = 1/5 (1st and 2nd players survive, while 3rd player explodes) 4) 4th player explodes. You can already guess what's it's gonna be: 4/5 * 3/4 * 2/3 * 1/2 = 1/5, not even going to explain it anymore 5) No one explodes. Similar to the last case, the probability of that happening is 4/5 * 3/4 * 2/3 * 1/2 = 1/5 The same logic applies to lower number of players and levers as well. To give a TL;DR - The later players do get a higher chance to lose when they _do_ come up, but that can only happen if all the other players before them survive, and when taking the chance of that into account every place comes out to a 1/5 chance of losing.

For those actually curious on the "Bowser big blast" luck and how it's an even chance here it is Player 1 has a 1/5 chance (20%) of getting blown up Player 2 had a 4/5 chance of player 1 not blowing up and then a 1/4 chance for blowing up yourself (4/5 * 1/4 = 20%) Player 3 has 4/5 and 3/4 chance of previous players not blowing up and 1/3 for blowing up yourself (4/5 * 3/4 * 1/3 = 20%) Player 4 has 4/5, 3/4 and 2/3 chance of previous players not blowing up and 1/2 for blowing up yourself (4/5 * 3/4 * 2/3 * 1/2 = 20%) These all makes it so that it's even odds for every player to either get blown up or survive, the design problem is however that it never feels that way 🤓

I've got a crazy mod idea. You know how pyra and mythra can swap between each other? Well, what if you can choose one character and swap between ANY other character. Say Young Link switches to Adult Link. Or Mario to Luigi, or a wild one like Sonic switch to Ganondorf. You can switch by pressing both L and R.
