Car looks fantastic. Maybe sticking brake pots. Corroded pots and bores, damaged seals? I know you're a mechanic previously but may have overlooked this issue just a idea.

Had issues in the past were the rubber hoses that run to the calipers had sealed closes from being clamped off with those line clamps , It slowly allows fluid though but when you go to bleed them at the nipples it wont let that sudden rush of brake fluild though ,

the wheels look so good with that paint. cars looking insane

Some coilovers have extra camber bolt threads so you can move them over and add more camber, colour combo is epic and makes the car look tough :).

Get the old die-grinder out on the front top camber plates, give her coupley more degrees. those tyres might yum up them guard's. Looks epic👌

Brakes - Check the hoses carefully bro, on my FD there was a massive split that had me replacing the master when i didnt need to. Hose looked normal on inspection, under proper load it busted open.

I ran 17 9.5 +15 all around on my fc stock body, looked great. If you have s4 flca its worth a 30mm extension for a little bit of camber to get that fitment proper.

I had mazdaspeed rims on my fc with 235up front and 255s in the back they definitely suit a 17. 7 is looking so damn fine

Wheel combo looks sick! Maybe if you can get some adjustable LCA you can pull the bottom of the wheel in a bit too so you don't end up with mad camber.

Had the same problem with brakes the breather on the cap was blocked

Get the brake master cylinder reconditioned using a stainless steel sleeve insert Check rear calipers, think they have x2 bleed nipples per caliper May as well get front brake calipers reconditioned too 🙂

Hella flush was so 2012. had 15x8s on my ek3 couple and it was baller. 3 fingers from the lowest point of the car. now I roll 17s on my R33 it's all good. fuck the looks I'm all about the driving. probly get some coilovers and slam it on the ground at some point but for now. it's all about the enjoyment. I'm 30

Hey there! With some of the FC coilover kits there is the possibility to change camber at the front where it bolts to the wheel knuckle. One of the bolt holes is oval shaped to tuck it more in or out when tightening down. So you can adjust camber there. You just have to worry about your wheel hitting your spring on the inside.

Won't the raw aluminum of the engraving start oxidizing?

Maybe try reverse bleed the brakes with a brake syringe, or it could be those piston seals.. dunno

Bnt have a listing for a brake master cyclinder with ABS. 11 in the country. SK21631 is the part number.

Does the car have abs? Was car running and driving prior to all this work. I’ve had a spongy pedal on a customer car and couldn’t bleed it because there were stuck valves in the abs pump . Replaced the master still no go then replaced the abs and I was away. Always bleed from furtherest wheel to closest in order. Leave cap off then pump pedal then hold down and bleed at master cylinder then release and pump pedal hold it then bleed abs pump lines then bleed back left wheel back right front left then front right wheels. If you don’t have anybody helping you grab a decent pry bar and pump pedal up then put one end of pry bar on break then use the seat and slide it forward against the back of the pry bar to hold the pedal down. Hope this helps. Bleeding is a pain even for experienced people.

Have you bleed the front first then the rear. Not all bleeding procedures start at the LHR brake. Try closet to the resivor the lfr rhr rhl, may help 🤷‍♂️

Loving the video lately 👌. The master I had a similar problem . To much pre load on the brake pedal or incorrect rod . That's why you can bench bleed it.😉 Mine was wrong rod as someone touched it before me and was not coming back far enough to get more fluid .

Has any 1 done there brakes with out cracking the bleed nipple and just pop the brake resivor cap and push the piston back put pads in then put cap to resivoir back on pump up ya brake till you have pressure saves alot of fluid mess and time . Worked a treat for me so far ..touch wood ❤️😎🤘
