Rygin case could go one of two ways. 1. NY is strict on firearms so they could throw the book at him. 2. NYC is ultra liberal and like to let criminals go Those PSA pistols are notorious for having malfunctions though 😂

He'll get a minimum of 1 year at Rikers Island for illegal possession. Hope he learn a valuable lesson while in there, not holding my breath. Plenty of other gun toting Jamaicans in there to keep his company.

@@countvan7406 The guy was an engineer who was building firearms as a hobby. It was all legal but the judge was anti-second amendment and disregarded his constitutional rights. You can look up the case, it’s quite ridiculous. NY is very liberal and don’t like to punish criminals so they’ll probably let off Rygin, who knows
