I am a kindergarten teacher and the stress is crazy. I get knots like that too. Going to my chiropractor and massage therapist on a regular basis is what helps.

The chiropractor I go to gives a nice short massage where I’m hurting like you do and it helps so much to feel better after the adjustment, I feel like. The last chiropractor I had was good too, but he didn’t really do the massaging beforehand, so I felt the difference from my current one doing the massaging first. Feels like I get a little more relief.

I think I really needed this, due to accident most of my bones are unaligned there are times when I sleep just slight of wrong position I really can’t breathe and I jolted from that and mid back left hurts really bad so I need to got up wiggle my bod slowly for the right position for the pain subside and to breath again properly
