We all know dogs are very good at doing tricks, but what about cats?
Well, cats can learn them too.... It only takes a little more patience ;)

Cody learned well. Later he was sitting like you teached him and he was like "where are my well earned treats?" 🤣 I never teached my cats some tricks, but they surprised me very often with their tricks. My first cat Maya was a feral mom with 2 daughters, hissy and protective. Then i helped her rescue her weak kitten Tigga, she was too weak to stand on her front paws when she was 4 weeks old. After the rescue of Tigga, Maya gifted me her heart and decided to stay with me. And she wanted to communicate, but didn`t know how. So she just tried to touch me tenderly with a paw to get my attention, and it worked. Then she looked to the place where her wish could get true, and she was happy when i understood her. Some days after this, she realised that i reacted to her kittens meowing, so she tried it, too. She was always a very quiet cat, and now she let me hear her sweet voice. Step after step our communication made much more progress. She was never demanding, more like "please, can i have something?" She had not so much wishes, and i decided to let them all come true. She was my first teacher at cat language, and she was very good at this job. So we teached each other much things, and it was really easy for me to learn fron her and vice versa. To be honest, Maya teached me her tricks.

@@Alvicatchannel Yes, cats can teach us much more. If we only have some patience to watch and listen to them, they can teach us very important lessons. I learned from them how to relax and let time just fly by, watch time pass, having joy from just watching nature. A morning cuddle can make the whole day much better, and the evening cuddle makes you sleep better. The nose-to-nose kiss of a cat can make you feel loved the whole day ❤

As with dogs, at first the motivation is given with treats and when - as you did -the pet understands what we want from him, we try without. First thing I look at the beginning is Cody's tail. Cody says "Now I must humiliate myself by doing dog tricks to humour my humans. At least I get more treats this way."

Good boy, Cody! He's so smart. I taught my ginger kitty to give me five (tap his paw on my open palm) for a treat. Now when he wants a treat, he comes and puts his paw on my hand. It's so cute.

Wow, Cody is so well-behaved and clever!! I hope my kitties will learn some new tricks too. They're young, a year and a half, hyperactive and get distracted all the time. One listens and knows a few words I say. He especially knows the word "Treats" and the moment I say that, his eyes get really big and he runs to me for the treats. His brother doesn't listen and shreds me to pieces when he sees a bag of treats in my hand... It's a challenge sometimes... Hahahaa. Good job Cody! Hope my kitties will be as calm as you!

In Cody’s🐈 mind, he has somewhat a different view of your training. Meaning you are partially trained to give treats every time he sits! You need more training though…😊💕🐾

Mojito had steak that I marinade myself, he liked it, easy recipe, 5 cloves of garlic honey on top, Worcester sauce,soy sauce, liquid smoke, juice of 4 limes, healthy pinch of ginger powder. Marinaded for 36 hours, then cooked. Damn, came out good, Mojito likes it, all good, love from Texas, give Cody a kiss, and I'll give Mojito one
