Good enrichment game! Ha ha, imagine either one of these spoiled "carnivores" having to actually catch live prey for themselves? I fear they would starve waiting for it to enter their mouths!

Cheetahs don't jump and grab their prey; they chase, trip, and jump on the grounded animal, going for the neck to suffocate. Setting up the same "game" as for a puma makes no sense at all. They are dis respecting the nature of a cheetah.

I don't think Gerda recognizes the chicken as real prey to hunt... Perhaps a little snack ...? She is so well fed that she doesn't feel the need to hone this skill. Such a sleek, gorgeous kitty. I love watching her just be happy. & well adjusted to your family. Her purr is priceless 🐈🐈

Утренний Шалом, леди Герда, мистер Месси и семья. Научить гепарда охотиться - это все равно, что научить маленького ребенка играть. Это и полезно, и вкусно!! Гепард должен охотиться, иначе он не сможет съесть или прокормить свою семью. Маленький ребёнок должен играть, взрослый мир слишком уродлив!! Morning Shalom, Lady Gerda, Mr. Messi and family. Teaching a Cheetah how to hunt is like teaching a little child how to play. It is both useful and tasty!! A Cheetah must hunt or they shall not be able to eat or feed their families. A little child must play, the adult world is far too ugly!!

I understand that predators eat other animals. I don’t find them killing or eating their prey entertaining for me. Therefore, I am glad you indicated in the title what was about to happen. I do not eat animal and haven’t since 1977 but have always ensured that my dogs and cats were fed what they needed to be healthy.

У Виктора в Парке львов Земля прайда леопардам (и не только), мясо тоже развешивают и на веревках, и в колесе, и на столбиках и пр. И охота идёт полным ходом😊👍
