I have a 5.7 and my bearing went out maybe a year ago. My car doesnt make enough power yet but i did decide to go with a carbon fiber driveshaft.. paid 2k. Aluminum ones are 1400 for a 5.7. You shouldve just bought a new one, probably wouldve gotten a longer warranty too
