I agree. An accurate judgement cannot be made based on the presence or absence of alcohol when other aspects have also changed. In addition I think sauna is a bad idea no 1 the amount of calories you burn isnt really all that significant. No 2 you would lose a lot of water causing severe dehydration. No 3 your skin will also be affected as too much heat can cause damage
