I really enjoyed this video. I do online school, but back in 2023 I started waking up at 4AM, working out for an hour, studying, and eating high protein, and my confidence sky-rocketed. For all the guys out there, these steps really work. I would suggest adding in Bible Reading and Philosophy in there as well.

The term “third world country” doesn’t make any sense at all. Who was the one to decide who is first and who is third? It’s the same as history: history is written by the winners. That would only mean that calling your motherland a “third world country” basically means you’re submitting yourself to “the white man” (or the western “civilized” men).

In the netherlands we have something we call "wash cloves" which is like a mini towel u wrap around your hand, but its a lot sturdier and scrubs better!
