Very informative video. It gives an alround analysis of various types of teak ,how to plant it,what are the problems ,the financial aspect,comparative study between rubber plantation vs teak plantation ,difference between tissue cultured plants and plants from seeds etc.Sri Rejis in depth knowledge on teak plantation is very educative for those who wish to plant teak.This video is like a research thesis on teak plantation

ഞാനും നട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് 800 നിലംബൂർ തേക്ക്..1/12 acre സ്ഥലത്തു ..200 എണ്ണം വലിയ കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ലാതെ വളർന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്...ബാക്കി 600 എണ്ണം ഒരു 6 ഇഞ്ച് വലുപ്പം ഉണ്ട്...എല്ലാത്തിലും കുരുമുളക് നട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്...

2010 ൽ 60 തേക്കിന്റെ വില ക്യൂബിക് അടിക്ക്3000 രൂപ ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ അതിന്റെ വില 3000-3500 രൂപ. പണപ്പെരുപ്പം നിരക്കിന് അടിസ്ഥാനപ്പെടുത്തി നോക്കിയാൽ ഒരു ഉയർച്ചയുമില്ല.2010 ൽ 60 ഇഞ്ചിന്റെ ആഞ്ഞിലിയുടെ വില ക്യൂബിക് അടിക്ക് 1000 രൂപ. ഇപ്പോൾ വില ക്യൂബിക് അടിക്ക് 700 രൂപ.2010 ൽ 60 ഇഞ്ചിന്റെ മഹാഗണിയുടെ വില 1700 രൂപ. ഇപ്പോൾ 800 രൂപ.2010 ൽ ഒരു പവന്റെ വില 12500രൂപ.ഇപ്പോൾ 50000 . പിന്നെ കെമിക്കല്. പെയിന്റില്‍ വരെ കെമിക്കൽ ഉണ്ട്.

Teak price in 2010 is 2200/cft now 3500 Mahogany 1000/cft. Rubber price in 2011 -220-now 160.
