Season 2, Episode 4 "Discovery": The return of Harvey's old opponent, Travis Tanner, irks Harvey when he learns that Travis is reopening one of his old cases, a wrongful death suit against the automobile manufacturer Coastal Motors that Harvey had successfully quashed four years prior. It seems Tanner has new evidence in the case regarding a memo he claims was covered up, and he's coming after not only CM, but Harvey and Pearson Hardman as well.

In the deposition he knew that Luis was referring to himself. So he didn’t say anything to Luis about the movie so he doesn’t feel bad, nor cause he didn’t remember.

@@MrRemi1992 He wasnt listening or heard anything. Louis did what he does the best and that assume.. He saw Harvey and Mike shaking hands and hi-fiving so he tossed the cake. Just like when he asked Alex to lunch because he had a cat too. But later Alex had to cancel lunch because he had to court with Harvey and all Louis saw was Alex and Harvey getting into the elevator laughing, he assumed Alex was ditching him for Harvey when in reality Alex really couldnt because he had to go to work with Harvey. I Love Louis, but he has a huge problem with assuming and then blowing up before actully finding out whats actually going on.

Fun fact: at 4:28, they display a SONY DCR-PC3E. A camera that came out in 1999. And here they still use it in in the mid 2010s. I still got one and it works perfectly. The prop department of this show is gold!

7:53 That's a VERY political yet sincere way of saying I am sorry. He could have apologized to Mike but both him and Mike know that a boss can't apologize to his junior, makes him look weak, but Mike understands it and that's matters.
