Team Magic E6 V-Gen update after 12 battery packs, thoughts & breakages

3 жыл бұрынThoughts on E6 V-Gen after owning it for 1 month (12 battery packs). Overall great car, but has no droop adjustments and could improve the design of bulkheads & hubs.
Half of the runtime was on 6S, the other half on 4S. Setup is XR8 Plus, Tenshock X812l 2150kv w/ 13T pinion and a JX 46kg coreless servo.

Looks like it's a good truck, just a few areas they could improve it.

Yes very good overall, just some weird design quirks that seemingly have no purpose (the hub cutouts, M3.5 gearbox screws, etc.). Thanks for commenting I watch your channel all the time!!

Any update on this rig like the nylon strap etc. Would like to know more how it works for you. Great review man 👍

oops only now saw your comment. The nylon straps are awesome (by now it has been a year), and if your batteries are just the right size, I believe this is the best way to retain batteries.

I drilled out to 4mm for mine and got rid of the 3.5mm.
