JX 46kg servo teardown and comparison to CY A1S servo. Poor build quality & gears.

3 жыл бұрынMy JX 46kg servo was underperforming ever since purchase so I bought another 42kg servo from Aliexpress. The difference was night and day so I decided to open up the servos and compare them. In short, JX has a very poor build quality, tiny weak gears and overrated specs.

How is centering. Thinking using for 70CC rc plane. Is the servo smooth in its transition?

Great detailed videos. Do you think the A1 servo is faster or stronger as well?

Yes much, much stronger at same torque rating and quicker but that is to be expected as it's rated higher. The JX i would say is about 60% of its quoted torque (~30kg) and is really struggling with big 1/8 tires.
