It's so cool that you have all these close up videos! Watching them all to improve my form with the movements, i've just noticed in all of them that they are relaxed in their arms when lifting off the ground - the close ups in these vids helped me see that and i tried it and it worked so much better tan fully gripping the bar. Thank you!
