I am amazed at Arsen Kasabiev's longevity - having medaled in silver at 2008 Beijing and STILL continuing to clean 200+ for reps and squatting 240+ for reps and sets. Respect.

Arsen first Olympics were on 2004 when he was 17 years old. Now he Has a chance to compete at Paris 2024. At 37 years old!!!

Hire a polish weightlifting coach… it’s a lot of pain and front squats … I enjoy it though 😂

Great video looking forward to the resurgence of Polish weightlifting , I’ve been a fan for years and especially of its history going back to Poland’s first world champion Marion Zielinski and the first Olympic champion Ireneusz Palinski. It’s very impressive that former Georgian Kasabijew is still doing well, much respect. Where in Poland is your training facility ? Three of the greatest U.S. lifters of the 1950’s, 60’s and seventy’s were Polish Americans Schemansky, Bednarski and Cameron. Polska gurom !
