This makes me recall some sparring (thankfully not much!) that I did against pro mma fighters and how absolutely miserable it was. The hits just keep coming - clean, hard, from unexpected angles and at unexpected timings. With that said, absolutely great stuff from Professor Hardy 💙

Who are these casuals asking who this is? Ben Woolliss is a high level striker who’s going to do very well in MMA and if you followed combat sports even slightly you would know this.
