Team Star is criminally underrated. Their music slaps but the actual arc is unappreciated considering how prevalent bullying is.

Sadly, everyone sleeps on Starfall Street because Arven's storyline and the Treasure Hunt, which as a dog owner, i can agree felt too heavy and relatable, but definitely the Team Star storyline is the best one and definitely feels way too real whether you have been the bully or the bullied one

I've noticed that a lot of current and former bullied kids love the Team Stary storyline and people who weren't bullied didn't care for it to actively disliked it. Compare Alpharad's reaction to it to MandJTV's for example.

See the problem wasn't the thought behind it, but rather the bland way it was put together, most of the encounter was auto battled, the characters themselves got very little screen time, and thus were unimportant, their "leader" was obvious from the start, and also the weakest member of the group. Similar to Sword and Shield, the plot was obviously secondary to giving the player a large empty field to walk around in, maybe someday they'll hire a proper writer instead of handing the job to someone's child. Aside from that, bullying is a normal part of development, people will always develop hierarchies, it's not something that's ever going to stop, or change, nor should it as it's important to learn how to deal with the conflict before one enters the real world after school.

@@Uni790 i don't wanna say bullying is normal, because it sounds or feels like "hey let's normalize bullying" because it is fun and helps people to form a character, and that should be a thing, and that is a wrong message for the children. Though i'm actually thankful of getting bullied because of it exactly, got me a stronger mentality and taught me to defend from negative talk and shit like that. And i agree with you on that last bit, with a right education, not from what you learn from school but at home, you get....well, to learn how to deal with the bullying stuff and so, so you learn to deal with it and don't fall into bad steps, like, in the game, the Team Star, were the bullied and become the bullies

It is a CRIME you can only hear this song a total of 7 times in game and each time, you have to actively sit and wait or throw for the good part cause the trainers are so weak. I get it's for the theming of Team Star and I like the theming but still. Curse you Giacomo you musical genius.

I love how each evil team in the pokemon games have went from underground crime organizations that may or may not be threatening the existence of the Pokemon World with that region's legendaries to what seems like grunts and admins/bosses committing acts of civil disobedience and then doing the plot twist where one of the people we met early on the game turned out to be the boss behind the operation (and then maybe threatening to use he region's legendaries to commit acts of mass destruction).

It's not just how much it slaps hard. In some tunes, I feel feel emotions like sadness, hope and uncertainty but confidence. Don't know if that's just me but I really feels these emotions from the song.

The part starting at 1:23 is also a leitmotif to Ultra Necrozma's theme. Fitting considering Ultra Necrozma is a literal star, hence Team Star.

This is theme of victims. The theme of those hurt by bullies and betrayed by the systems meant to protect them so they banded together to protect themselves. This is the song of the bullied who will not be bullied anymore.

A way to solve the dwindling 7 times the theme plays would be to have grunts act like the Yiga (?) clan members in BOTW, basically having random student trainers reveal themselves as STAR members and putting on helmets before battle, being slightly tougher fights than usual.

It was at this moment that i knew that Team Star and Pokémon Scarlet and Violet had the very best soundtrack and my new all time favorite battle themes of the entire franchise. And that's coming from me, someone who grew up on the last generation to reboot the franchise and have the names of their games return to colors. I always grew up listening to ALT Rock, Punk, Grunge and 80's-90's music thanks to my mom with stuff like E.L.O, Twisted Sister, Eagles, Starship, Simple Minds, etc. And so when I found out that THIS what the style was going for with Team stat my jaw dropped and I then proceeded to girly scream klike the fanboy I am. Whoever was the lead composer for these Pokémon games, it is official in that they are the next Masuda or Ichinose and they HAVE to be involved in more games in the franchise's future. Also 1:22 This is where I freakin ascended to the starry cosmic skys of space and the meteors were falling down everywhere streaking every color across the spectrum and everything went all Psychadelia. And that was a trend that stood constant throughout all of Team Star's Battle themes along with their freakin SEND into Cliché corner on their Cyclizar and Starmobiles.

IMO this is the second best battle theme in the game, after only AI Sada/Turo's theme. Penny is 3rd, followed by the Paradox Hoarde theme and the Area Zero wild battle theme. The Clavell battle should've used this theme instead of the theme he got so we could hear it more!

school systems when they decide to punish the one being bullied after they fight back, instead of the bully who constantly abused and insulted the target, who STARTED the whole thing.. that sucks so much, probably one of the many reasons why I’m so mentally unwell was defending myself from a bully, only to be the one in the wrong, and be punished for it.. I’m still scared to fight back in any cases, as I don’t wanna get in trouble, but sometimes my temper takes over me. I, personally, kinda relate to Team Star in a way, sure, they’re not evil like the other teams in the franchise, but do they really have to be..? Don’t get me wrong, I love evil teams as much as the next guy, but after a while it gets boring. Needed a nice refresher from the whole thing.

I love the team star music, but the battles are so easy that i usually don't get to enjoy the music because they're over too quickly. I really wish they had cranked the difficulty on some of the later match-ups
