@@mpdrago1730 no, Zain choked. Zain crumbled under all of the pressure of an offline Summit grand finals, and Mango just didn't crumble. Zain dropped everything from combos to chain grabs that he shouldn't have, he choked hard. It happens to the best of us, I guess. There's the slightest argument that can be made that Mango made him play bad, but even then it's Zain choking for letting Mango get in his head like that.

Zain's "meteoric rise" is something I've personally watched. When I first got into watching melee it was from m2k smash compilations. When Zain first popped onto pgr I was there watching him on the come up which further made me like Marth. It's crazy to see the same person be the best player in the world for 2020 and arguably 2021 too. It's even crazier to think his career is on the same level as players like Leffen and PPMD's.
