That is a completely different sittuation. EVERY carachter is good with XFactor lv 3. Teams with no synergy can do well if the player is good, but that doesn't make the character the best in the game. Take kusoru for example. He won Final Round with Viewtiful Joe, Frank and Rocket Raccoon, simply because that team has synergy.

As I said, you can't rank characters on MvC, you have to rank teams.

Go to Doom's combat list thing. Forward + heavy = footdive. Do that first then Air S. Yo continue the loop you need to air dash either downward or downward+forward

No you can't. MvC3 is a Team Based game, it's not Street Fighter 4. Every character will be garbage if you don't team play. Phoenix is nothing without battery characters. Vergil is shit without OTG assists or lockdown assists. Wesker is shit without assists to cover him after the OTG. Frank is shit without other characters to lv him up. Want more examples?
