About time minelab listened to the customer and think about an updated Etrac. Out of all the machines it simply makes no sense not releasing an update to the Etrac. Possibly one of the best machines ever made.

I’ll bet it’s an X-Terra Pro with Multi-IQ. They need to compete with the Nokta Score and Double Score. Should be in the $400 range. We’ll see

They said "submersible, and affordable" so i think it could be a sort of new "excalibur" but with multiIQ. Score and Double score are just a Legend affordable downgrade

Has to be X-Terra with Multi IQ. It will maintain a great price point, which will make the Vanquish seem even more dated. Next question: will Minelab either update or phase out the Vanquish?

Have you tried the Manticore? A replacement for the CTX is probably a few years away.

@@Mr.Technical77 no, not gonna waste money now and then they come out with one with GPS that’s compatible with the Xchange2 program, and have to spend that money all over again.
