I think GOOG is a monopolist, but his arguments are terrible. There are natural monopolies in tech that have occurred like PC operating systems. Just because a person says like there are 2-3 providers in the area of rental cars or lite beers, does not somehow magically equate to environment of code, technology products and services. It's an absurd leap he is making.

They do it because it works because that is the job. This guys argument is stupid. Why fix something that isn’t broken. So stupid this who court fight. It isn’t weird that Bing lost there was no added value to switch….

Agree, Microsoft tried to buy their way in with Apple, but Apple clearly chose to continue with Google. DOJ don't have a case against Google
