With $450k to invest, what's your advice on entering the market? I'm thinking of following expert strategies instead of investing independently to avoid financial losses and stress.

You need to create your own process, manage risk and stick to the plan, through thick or thin or you can just seek the help of a financial advisor.

Agreed...... and that is why It's always wise to be proactive and also consider diversifying our investments to manage these risks. For me, I delegate my day-to-day investing to an advisor ever since suffering a major steep-down late 2019, amid rona-outbreak, and as of today, I'm semi-retired with barely 25% short of my $1m retirement goal after subsequent investments

The market's direction can swiftly change, with indexes frequently transitioning from a bear market to a bull market precisely when the news is most negative and investor sentiment reaches its lowest point.

If you do decide to make new purchases, have an exit strategy ready. Consider taking partial profits quickly to lock in some gains. I've been in regular contact with a financial analyst since covid. Investing in popular stocks is now quite straightforward; the issue is determining when to buy and sell. My advisor makes investment and exit decisions for my account, which has risen to more than $500K in less than a year.

Yes, truly, investing in the market, even if it's just the S&P 500, can keep up with inflation, because the growth rate of stocks will always exceed the inflation rate. But if you don't have the courage, you could just invest with a financial advisor, which even has greater return on investments, while securing your investment against losses.

A lot of folks downplay the role of advlsors until being burnt by their own emotions. Over the years, Ive been able to achieve a level of financial growth that I never thought possible, by just partnering with seasoned traders and financial advisors. This method remains highly efficient even till today

I've been making a lot of losses trying to make profit trading. I thought trading on a demo account is just like trading the real market. Can anyone help me out or at least advise me on what to do?
@christopherdaniel9473
@christopherdaniel9473 2 ай бұрын
Trading on a demo account can definitely feel similar to the real market, but there are some differences. It's important to remember that trading involves risks and it's normal to face losses sometimes. One piece of advice is to start small and gradually increase your investments as you gain more experience and confidence. It might also be helpful to seek guidance from experienced traders or do some research on different trading strategies.

Watching professional trading videos and most especially connecting with the right person the digital world is full of in unreal people I met some of them during my success journey. I felt same way when I started especially when you use demo account you might be winning but when you put in real money you start losing I understand and I pass through it all. When some people (usually men) don’t progress in trading, they start saying things like, “Trading is a scam.”. Because their ego won’t allow them to look in the mirror and say, “Maybe the problem is me. Maybe I’m just not yet as good at trading as I think I am.”, which is one of the countless reasons why so many traders fail and I know this because I use to tell myself the same thing. Then I got rid of the notion that “I should be further along in my trading journey” and I started to progress a lot quicker until it became obvious to me that it wasn't a scam because I don’t really lose money anymore. 😂

You could probably achieve a similar setup at home, but it'll cost you much more and you'll have to spend more time on it instead of studying the markets. But yeah, he seems to be exaggerating this part without showing any evicence.
