100ohm take 50ma per output for arduino max is 20ma. 80ma per package. this led's will overload ic and ic will burnup. very fast. u need an driver (at least like bc557).

I actually gave up on Arduino for a year because "each and every" project I built didn't work, not because I built it wrong but because the code was wrong or poorly written, I contacted many sites complaining the project didn't work to have them reply and admit "yeah I know it doesn't work, I'm working on the code" or some other lambs excuse
