I agree with you totally. I joined as a cloud associate and they allocated me to validation service unit aka testing unit. I had 3+ yrs of experience in cloud and now it doesn’t matter to them. Thry are forcing me to get into testing project even though that is not my primary skills. I will be resigning too.

I totally agree. Same condition I stuck and looking to change I don't suggest anyone for infosys toxic work culture. Less pay u don't get respect if u r fresher or 2 yr ex.

I actually feel u Saumya coz its the same for me .I joined Infosys on July 2021 and since then i'm on pre-production or central bench and even my manager ignores me saying i haven't upskilled enough or ur DQ score is low and stuff like that.

Saumya, now i am experiencing the same, i am from the BPM unit, 1.9 years of experience with Infosys less than 3 LPA.

Hello, I am aravind from hyderabad, I too resigned on 30 jan, I am in notice period too, I resign due to low pay and no scope in my project(support project).i worked for 1.9 years. But now I don't have offer in hand now, I am taking traning in Aws now, but I am scared now. Because no offer in hand.

Im from haryana and i got mysore as base location, with 2.2 package and being north part i cant survive , i asked for transfer with valid medical certificate ,they rejected without understanding and reading...... 😢

sometimes we need go against all odds.. IN INDIA THERE IS NO PROPER LABOUR LAWS...IF U WERE IN US or Uk u can earn 10times higher....😌😌 & TECHCOMPANIES can hire lakhs of Emploteeys in 1 sec..... So it doesnt matter to them... Jzt c the ahare price of infosys 1493rs.....😌😌😌 they earn crores & pay not even lakhs but in k's😁😁

Hi mam please reply... actually i got offer withdrawal mail in that they told you offer should be null and void yiu should be applied twice in a 3 months like that on May 2023. im selected on may 2022 . But recently Infosys sending pre training program mails can I expect that mail or not please reply

They have sent it to most people. Talk to your peers most of them have got it. Some times it happens they share ol too late. Keep applying to other companies as well.

How was your notice period in Infy? Can you tell me about the way you worked when you were in notice period? And do the management really provide bad feedback during BG of a new joining organization if we don't attend late night calls during notice period and all?
