Jees.. that type of battery does not require the entire thing to be disassembled my goodness. Glad it's not a weird battery format

I changed the battery in mine but it still not charging. Red Light is on when turning it on. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the high-quality visualizations! Do you have any idea if a USB C charging mod would be feasible? I'm thinking about doing so myself but am inexperienced and don't want to break a $150 device 😅

I need help please. Changed the Batterie at two silk epil 9 and neither of them are working anymore. They are charging, but once it's done it's still not working. Used the WD40 as suggested but did not help. What else can I try? Thank you 😊

That doesn’t look like a standard 18500. It’s got little posts on the end. Will a regular button top work? What do you call the post style? Im having a hard time searching for it.

I’ve never found a standard one either. Personally i’ll stick to replacing the battery with the official one, widely available online. Curious if you manage to replace the battery with another one :) !
