This video shows how to strip down a Mele S6, also known as the C2 Compact, down to the motor, and re-assemble it again afterwards. Useful if you need to remove the casing to clean out the machine after using the wrong bags, or to inspect the motor or cord-rewind mechanism. Tools needed are a T20 Torx Screwdriver, and a Flat bladed screwdriver. Please bear in mind that if your machine is still under warranty, dismantling it is likely to void your warranty, so only attempt this if your warranty has expired.
