Don't stay in tech domain for long... Move ahead. Life is much more beyond this rat race. Tech sector a never ending circle of rat race. After some time a good night sleep becomes much more important than this hustle culture. These tech leaders know this, hence they hire young blood first and then fire later when things become tough for them to retain and hire new blood again. Very few sustain after in long run, that too if you run into roles under right bosses. Otherwise bosses in IT sector are well known to make or break someone's career and make life hell. Politics is real. If you don't know how to communicate and defend yourself well, you will be highly misused. You will take long time realise how management is mishandling you.

I am tech veteran for 2 decades and I am helping 10,000 professionals. Its good to be very positive to say recession get over in an year. Tech slowdown started in 2022 end, its already 1.5 years and it may continue unless war stops and inflation cooldown. What she said that it will revive in Apr 2024 which is wrong because even this week 20K+ layoff announced that they will be doing in a quarter. So you can expect 2025 starts if something new has not occurred. Companies are focusing on the cost reduction due to higher interest rates. Freshers need to learn something new, go to tech cities and ask all companies - learn data science and data engineering or embedded. Freshers should also do any job available. Any experience is not the waste.

In current market due to excessive hiring during COVID . Companies are restricting and cautioning themselves for fresh hiring . There are jobs but not the same as it was in COVID . And Mass recruiter are losing clients and new contracts are not renewing at the same pace . So currently hiring is On muted.

Job market is still worse. I’ve been motivated by my fellow people to keep applying and keep changing the resume to cater to the job profile(which is actually working). Don’t use one resume for all!!! And keep applying. Don’t take an opportunity for granted. It’s very hard to find one. If you got it, give it your everything. That’s how you survive.

I'm gonna be 2024 graduate persuing BE in ECE ,my seniors got a jackpot as large no. Of company appeared in clg with huge packages, and this year me and my batch are not able to give the aptitude of any companies as they are not visiting the clg and if they do filtering occurs at huge rate that even thou you are skilled you are not getting chance to show case, i don't remember when I weared the formals for last time for placement, it's like formals phene kelia taras Gaya hoon yar
