If you want to trim down the sides would you first run the desired length then work on taper or work on taper first then trim down ??

As long as you can see half of where you want to fade you’ll be good just switch to the other half you can work in sections or complete each guide from half way to halfway. Adjust the back mirrror to see better also

It’s optional I prefer not to bc it’s more work but if you do use it only use the corners and don’t make a guideline

Out of 10 I would say 9/10 it’s really hard and unless you’ve cut hair before it might be different but for starting out completely new it’ll take a long time to get good unless you u learn quickly.

Yeah definitely takes a lot longer than regular barbers in the shop. That’s why u gotta take your time in the beginning to get it right, then you’ll be able to cut faster
