Maybe you could do the same video idea where you build a setup for as cheap as possible, but more of a known reliable brands.. for example you get the desk from ikea and maybe the fifine mic kit and the monitor/monitor arm from amazon etc… and compare the price/experience against the Wish setup!

This is one of your best videos. Honestly so many channels are always showing the top of the range components and even mid spec etc. PC parts have gotten so expensive lately that its just not as affordable as say 10 years ago, but happy to see you building cheap ones. Like I wouldn't go THAT cheap, but Id try and find a balance between mid price to dirt cheap lol Oh side note: you and you daughter are amazing. Reminds me of my little man who turns 3 in December! Include a PC build in the next setup. Lets see how cheap you can get a full HD PC build running between 60fps - 120fps, but can play all the new stuffs :)

you should do minimal nature setup with plants etc, or pink and cyan cyberpunky synthwave setup (your fav). i wanna see how would you pull it off for less than $500

i don’t understand how people hate on cheap setups, got my first gaming setup exactly like this just with a ps4, still have kbm mic headphones etc and i’ve had it for years now and there’s nothing wrong with it, people who say that cheap set ups aren’t good are just the people who can’t take care of things😂 because mine came out to be maybe around 6-700$ and i’ve had it since i was 12 and i’m 16 now🤷🏻‍♂️ all i can say is that no matter the price of your setup, take care of it and it will last you a long time🤷🏻‍♂️

hey Ed, maybe you could do an audiophile/studio setup that would be really refreshing to see compared to the usual pc videos

a good solution to picking a computer off the floor it to grab a desktop monitor stand (the ones that look like a mini desk). Some of the medium sized ones look nice and are made of metal and/or wood.

I'd be interested in seeing you show how a budget set up can evovle over time. Like... maybe see what your ultimate gaming only set up looks like. The place where you play and don't work. Or see what a dedicated gaming/VR set up might look like. Set ups for guests or where you'd go that isn't a place you'd work.

I have that same chair, it's cushion flattened in less than a month, had to buy a new cushion (pro tip, buy wheelchair cushions, they're incredible durable)

for the headset I recommend the Nokia WHP-101, the audio is really good and the bass is also amazing

Father and daughter setup builds are so wholesome!

One thing you have to keep in mind is durability , how much of this equipment is gonna hold up for a year or more ? Other than pc and monitor I see all of the rest having trouble

I've had that exact same chair for years now but I bought it from the local furniture chain for 120 euros. The mesh back started getting loose from the little grooves they're attached to and I had to use tape to keep it together. Also the outer plastic ring from the lower back support snapped off after a few years :D I have to use a pillow for back support these days because the mesh is not attached anymore.

I used to use that mouse and now after like 3 years, it just sucks, the sensor like stopped working and when I move the mouse it just doesn't respond. But for 15 dollars, pretty solid mouse. Now I use the G502 and the G203 in white, way better.

I have the exact same desk, it’s just mine looks a little bit smaller, and the cutout in the front for you to sit goes in deeper than mine, and my headphone and drink holder stands are different.
