If you’re using an apple phone go to Accessibility in settings under audio/visual it needs to be changed to mono since this is a mono speaker and you’ll get even more sound and volume out of it

The sound x is much better than other bleutooth speakers in my opinion! I had a Harman Kardon Go Play mini with also a beautiful sound but the sound x is way better and louder! I can`t understand why other reviews say that they don`t like the sound of the sound x.

I am strongly tempted to buy this speaker especially at the £199 price Huawei are selling it for now,but no WiFi,. No Ports. I have the Echo Studio and that as a connectivity port on the back of it. Why fork out money for this and it's so limited?As consumers we expect value for money and this speaker isn't doing it especially at it's full price of £300

What about the Huawei Sound X 2021. Apart from the light no one has Reviewed it for comparison. With totally different speakers numbers & arrangement. Please help.

I have the 2021 version and it sounds similar but has better sounding vocals and slightly deeper bass and bass is punchy, they sound pretty similar, mainly different looks, definitely get the 2nd versions if u want better sound but if you already have the 1st version, u should stay with it. Note the 2021 version forces you to set it up with a harmony os device to set it up, but you can override that by just holding the play/pause button to go straight to Bluetooth pairing

Yeah it's a Bluetooth speaker with easier connection if you have a Huawei phone. But works perfectly by Bluetooth with iOS and other android devices

Hey guys! Between this and the Amazon echo studio, just sound wise, what would be the best choice in your opinion? I do not really need a voice assistant it's about the sound quality for me, both are 199€ where I live and it will be only used as a bluetooth speaker for my office time or spare time.

I'm really disappointed with mine. No treble adjustment available. The bass, even when turned all the way down is overwhelming drowning out vocals. It's sits there on my shelf unused. I connect to my srs xb20 in preference every time. Must get around to selling it.
