Now I got suspicious about other videos, if there is something that they are not telling and just making videos for more views and money...I could see many comments thanking, but probably saw only a couple, who says that earned some money. Hi David, its most likely , an extension in Chrome or Firefox that is doing something funny, using proxy or something similar. Happened to me, once i disabled the specific extension, the issue went away

Thanks for asking. For my set up, they have my banking details so they direct deposit into my bank, not PayPal. It is possible they may be able to pay out in different methods like PayPal however. If you need banking details, you may be able to get easy routing and account numbers from Cash App

I have not done anymore projects with Appen. I did the one video task and got paid 15.00. They are emailing me projects, however you have to qualify, like answering questions. Than they will get back with you. Good luck!

Okay this is interesting. I have not heard of Appen China before. Likely my video tutorial is more for the United States and English Speaking Countries. Some versions of Appen might have you upload a CV outside of english speaking countries, because many of these projects are described and written in english, they likely will want more english speaking people, and they may read your resume to check for comprehension. If you're in China, it looks like there's a totally different place for you to work your tasks, likely with jobs from Chinese companies as well. I highly suggest you check it out, and let us know if it's worth the time to do it or not!

@@TedGetsBread Thanks for replying. I'm not from China, but I thought everyone had the tab called "Appen China Platform" in "Profile". It asks you to sign a bunch of stuff again if you choose to "Opt in". I came across a few bad reviews related to it so I thought to ask you of your opinion. So you're saying you didn't have to send any CV/Resume and it's only for checking comprehension? So they only judge you based off your initial application during sign-up and qualify you for projects based on just that? Wow, I didn't know that. After I emailed them about the resume thing, they asked me to mail it to them. The site in your tutorial allows us to choose the country we're from so I thought it's international. I'm from South Asia. I wish I had known the difference between the versions before signing up. I guess I can't use the other version now since that would require me to create another account and multiple accounts with the same info/ip might cause all accounts to get terminated/banned. Honestly, all these different "versions" of Appen make it really confusing. I was worried that the site was fake or sth. I mean, they all seem to do the same thing but the interfaces look kinda different. But since I signed up on the same site as you and you have shown payment proof, I started to think it's legit. So you just applied and you waited and the invite came to you? Where do you fill out the payment details? I'm just waiting for qualification rn. Btw, I still can't access "profile" in "Profile", it just reloads the page so... yeah

Appen is an Australian company. They pretty much just build data for ML purpose, so that's why they keep 'hiring' people to create data.
