We do need anger. We feel it when we react to errors or injustice. It informs us to act and solve those errors.

Ever notice how offensive people can quickly get bolder when you don't react, when you give them the benefit of the doubt, and, maybe even feel embarrassed for them over their lack of manners, or due to comments, and behavior? But, when you flare up in anger, tell them off, and put them in their place in no uncertain terms they practically swallow their tongues?

I'm so anger because other people's jealously has developed a cancer in my soul; my healing is deep! Medication only mask or cover-up the crime! Now I understand why it's one of the 7 deadly sins.

Anger is a toxic emotion. It kills you a thousand times. You don't have to be angry to engage other and be successful. I don't think too many emotionally intelligent people support the idea of getting angry to achieve anything. This guy approaches EQ in a very simplistic manner.

Calling anger a “toxic emotion” is at the least simplistic, but it’s more likely plain false.

TEDx sucks, TED without the x, not so much. TEDx content never EVER delivers what the title sells, TED not so much. That's why TEDx sucks, TED without the x, not so much.
