When most people say they want to be a millionaire, they’re really saying that they want to spend one million dollars. Besides winning the lotto or inheriting money, you’ll learn three key elements used by the most successful people who have ever lived. You’ll not only be able to learn how to become a millionaire, but you’ll learn the real reason of why it helps our society to alleviate poverty. This valuable session offers the solutions that you’ll need to be successful for the rest of your life, whether you want to be a millionaire or not.
Daniel Ally became a self-made millionaire at the age of 24.
It all started when he realized that he was living far below his potential. After years of drug abuse and failing at life, Daniel was fed up. One day, he went to his local library and searched endlessly for truth. After discovering a few books, he decided to turn his life around. For many years, Daniel gave thousands of speeches, reached millions of people, and built successful companies, making Daniel a millionaire in the process. Search on the internet and you’ll find that TIME, Fortune, Business Insider, Yahoo, and other major publications have enjoyed Daniel’s work. He is also a top contributor on Entrepreneur Magazine. He is the author of two best-selling books, which can be found in 46 different countries in thousands of libraries. From billionaires in Boston to amateurs in Austin, Daniel has traveled to hundreds of cities, shaking hands and connecting with all kinds of people across the globe.
This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at ted.com/tedx

What if my goal is just to have a nice car, house, nice wife and some good friends and i never want to work again? You think i could still achieve to be a millionaire? Cause its not even because i want to spend lots of money, i just don't want to work anymore, even though im only 24. I never liked going to school or work, i have been ''tired'' all my life and i want rest.

Points (4:33): #1 Read more books. - Read the books that help you solve your problems. Books are the tools that release the heavens of our minds. You become what you study. #2 Get around the best people you can. - A lot of people have the right intentions, but provide the wrong directions. #3 Set higher goals. - Goals help you stretch, Write your goals down. Plan your steps. When you think BIG you'll win BIG. Think B.I.G. - Books, Individuals and Goals.

The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2022.

I agree! That's why it is advisable that you have to invest while you still have a regular job or earning a regular income, and do it constantly. You still need to have something that will keep you going even if you're investing. Good financial planning and money allocation is the key.

I am absolutely a result of the decisions I've made, or not made, over the years and it has not been good for me. I've never totally known what I want, but there have been many times when I could've been doing something instead of nothing. I could've made some money, met some new people, found new possibilities and/or interests, but my lack of responsibility, hard work, and knowledge kept me from getting out and making valuable connections and life lessons. My point is it's very important to do things, even if they're not something you ll want to do forever because you can get something out of doing the "wrong" things but you cannot learn and grow from doing nothing. I regret the time I've wasted, but luckily I'm starting to realize that it's all about NOW and somewhat about the future. Get out and live and learn!

stephen kroll Everything this guy said was directed at people exactly like you, one day I hope you hear these motivational phrases in a new light because I once looked at it the same way you do now. Until one day I realized and I hope you go back and read your comment and realize you are basically waiting for someone to come give you the exactly blueprint for success. “Unless you had a mentor with prior experience to your problem to actually help you” Why do you think anyone would ever do that for you when all you do is sit and complain? Maybe, just maybe if you dove head first into something not worrying about failing or succeeding but just focused on LEARNING then you may stumble upon a “mentor” who sees a great passion in and only then would someone be motivated to show you the ropes but who knows by that point you may have already figured it out. Or you can keep watching yt videos and going to the comments to argue and justify your beliefs to help you sleep at night because after all it’s not YOUR fault the position you’re at in life.... or is it?

Harry McRae, Alright, I can see how reading books makes one smarter. Now, would you humor me. I would think that it TAKES discipline in the FIRST place, to get oneself to start reading a series of informative self-helping books..... But I'm willing to hear you out. So, HOW would reading ( lots of ) books discipline a person ? And of WHOM have you observed that change in discipline ? I look forward to your response, my friend !

Impressive, I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment.. I always tell myself you don’t need that new Aston Martin or that vacation in Hawaii just yet and that mindset helps me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 100grand in the S&P 500 (with the help of my advisor of course) and made 350k, but guess what? I put it back and traded with her again and now I’m rounding up close to a million. Hoping to get to 2 In 6 months time

I read within 1 Month 4 financial books (Robert Kyosaki, Donald Trump, hes a great enterpreneur btw). 2 weeks later I started my own freelancing business, within next 3 months I did over 15 projects, made good money. Here's one for you. Connect home-sellers with Real Estate investors, and collect a fee for the transaction. In example, you sign a contract to buy a house (the contract says it can be assigned to someone else), then you sell the contract to a local investor. Average fees for these are around 5K per deal. However, this type of deal might be illegal in your state without a Real Estate licence - it varies per state. If you wanna learn more about that or Real Estate investing in general, take a look at biggerpockets.com
