I think he should get life in prison without parole I don't have a PS5 at least not yet but you don't see me trying to kill people over that he may be just a 15-year-old but what if he tries to kill someone else no one will be safe so I think he deserves life in prison with no chance of parole this is just cold-blooded murder you don't murder people especially over a video game console I get my stuff taken away as a kid and a teenager but I do not murder people in Cold blood cuz that's just makes things worse that kid deserves no sympathy for me.

I really don't understand why some people take video games so seriously. My mother always tells me "The video games will always be there." So when she took away my PS4, I was disappointed in myself that I let my grades get that bad. Instead of killing her, I reflected on my actions and simply did better and got my console back. This is truly sickening

by the age of 15 I'm sure more than most humans have the ability to know right from wrong, the fact this kid had a plan and hid his family members after the incident, should be more than enough to lock him up for life. its infuriating that teenagers don't get charged as adults, its become a huge problem in QLD with kids stealing cars and getting themselves and or others killed, they get no real punishment served this shit needs to change man, may the family rest in peace.

I personally think the death penalty should be used under no circumstance however I think a life sentence more than makes sense for people who are 8-10 years old and older in circumstances like this

You think it’s fine to jail someone for life? They’re basically dead in a cell a death penalty lol hen stretching the term loosely. Instead of dying they get to laugh eat sleep in a place where the state pays for these individuals who committed disgusting crimes. You think that for the sake of society these who committed to criminal acts of highest degree to not reap what they’ve sown? A father who lost his daughter to a murderer who not only taken her life but kept her, beaten her and sexually abused her. The father said “although he’s sentenced to life in prison he gets to laugh, eat and sleep all these things that my daughter will never enjoy again. I’m not changing your mind but personally there are people who do not benefit society. Another more infamous one is a man who decapitated a bus driver with no reason and ate the exposed flesh. He not only left off the hook for insanity but also the government changes his name so he can go back into society. The mother of the victim remains horrified that the justice system let him go like that.

I lost my Mum at 16 and for this kid to do this is just sickening as well as his Dad and little brother. I didn't do well at school and his Mum was trying to wake him up to realise school grades are important for a future job. All the kid had to do was studied hard then get the ps5 another time.

This makes me have a flashback to the story about Daniel Petric. He murdered his mother and mortally wounded his father after they took away his Halo 3 video game and he got 23 years to life in prison, which I think he should've had his whole life.

We are doing a report on this and we think the juvenile should remain in the hospital for life apparently he has some kind of imbalance if they don't keep him the full-time in hospital he needs to go to max correctional as you said he shouldn't ever see light again there is an issue within him and he needs to be in a locked correctional and I hope they don't think he would be fit with no security because he does need security to where he goes but he does need counsel when he is in whatever correctional

My ex's son tried to 😵 me after taking away his gaming system for using his mom's credit card. Went after me with a knife and tried to stab. Disarmed him then he broke a kitchen chair over me and tried to strangle me. I dug a finger in his eye socket and punched him to get him to stop. After that she called the cops and tried to say i was the one who attacked him. My life was worth less than a video game system to both him and my ex. The games are worse than actual drugs imo. The pain of loss is on par with watching a pet or friend get murdered. ☹😵😵😵

I already experience the same situation when I get my bad grades but after a while when I got high marks and got my Admission on university than I can play games on my room whenever I want but after hearing this horrible news I would simply give up and let them have my console but I never have guts about this situation

My thoughts on this matter. He does not deserve to see the light of day. I also hope that he gets the help he needs because he clearly checked out. What happened to this boy that would make him so disconnected. Could be abuse or simply a mental imbalance. The devil really does exist. Most of us just choose not to give in.

I played Doom and Duke Nukem when I was four years old and a few years before Colombine. I have NEVER shot or killed anyone because I was taught gun safety from my dad. Never point a gun real or fake at anyone and ALWAYS assume it is loaded.

I looked it up and Under Spanish law the kid will face the possibility of Life because one of the victims was under 16 and their were multiple murders. If he's convicted under this law he will have to at least serve 25-35 years depending on severity of the crime before parole.

Definitely sounds like extreme narcissism, or at least something along those lines. It would take more effort than he's worth to help him turn his life around at this point, and in turn a constant threat to the public. Well... IMO.

Awful parents raised a murderer. The good thing that he killed them, and not his girl/boyfriend or some other innocent people. Moral: don't make children when can't bring them up.
