nah it’s more of your mind kinda separating emotions from terrible memories, like you can talk about trauma and not break down talking about it, you can think about your loved ones without getting so upset and overwhelmed, other people might see it as you moving on or being strong but it’s not even really you doing it it’s your brains way of keeping you from going crazy tbh. i lost my dad in April and my grandma in may exactly one month later on Mother’s Day and her birthday the only way i didn’t kill myself was my brain keeping it away even if I think of them every day it’s like i still don’t really think deep enough into it to be as depressed as I was right when it happened bc my brain knows “realizing” it I guess, is what will keep me crying and depressed for weeks straight. idk it’s very hard to explain & understand

People have to do MUCH better with raising their sons and looking out for the signs. Ridiculous that everyone wants to have a son, wants to have a boy, the daughters are too much work, look at the world we live in again and dare say it’s GIRLS that are too much work. This world is a shitty place because people think men are so simple and easy. Thinking they need no investment in emotional control; emotions are for women right? Smh
@TakishaEtienne3 жыл бұрын
This comment tho!
@marysmith74703 жыл бұрын
This can apply to men and women bc there are crazy men and women too in this world bc crazy and evil doesn’t discriminate based on gender. In general some men and women have to do better in who they to choose date or let come into their lives, be around their kids, and not ignore the signs of crazy or evil when a person shows them who someone truly is. Too many ppl are dating crazy and evil devils who are killing their kids or killing them. Love is not worth being hurt or killed. If your kids don’t like someone sometimes it’s not bc they don’t want you to have anyone it’s only because they see evil or crazy in the other person. Kids spot it way before some adults do bc we can be so blinded by what we think love is and it can blind our perception of what evil or crazy really looks like
@Urmom-ts8gp3 жыл бұрын
@@marysmith7470 Yes but this comment is about how people hope for boys because they aren’t as “emotional” and normally if they have a girl she’s probably going to end up watching her younger siblings and doing all the work.
@marysmith74703 жыл бұрын
@@Urmom-ts8gp I’ve never heard anyone want a boy for that reason and I know plenty of ppl who wanted boys to have a male to carry their last name or because they simply wanted a boy. No one I know has ever said they wanted a boy bc they’re less emotional so maybe all the ppl I know are the exception to the rule. I have a son bc I wanted a boy and a daughter bc I wanted a girl. No other reason. Also there are men who have emotions and can get emotional just like a woman can as well as cry (even though they are men and some men can be more emotional than women at times) so I’m not really sure about your statement but ok. Also depending on the age of the child if the child is male and older he’ll end up watching the younger siblings and vice versa

This is the thing with dating men, you gotta love your kid's more than these men!!! I have a kid and zero dating life and if I do anything (when I used to)....I kept it out of my home where my son lives. I'm two years plus celibate today and it's no big deal...no one NEEDS that, you gotta choose your kids especially when you've failed to choose a better father for them... you owe it to yourself and them to keep men out of the equation and focus.

@@ChrissyAnn85 sad maybe but I've seen a whole lot worse than good, I'm not saying if the right man came along I wouldn't be open to it as I have dated good men but they were not where I was at that stage of life ,many women are willing to kiss as many frogs as it takes to get to that elusive prince...all that bringing men into kids lives is not good, date away from the kids and if someone is worth bringing around the kids then do so only then. Most men are not looking for women with kids to wife but there's this assumption that somehow we are desperate and will settle for any joker...no...let a man earn the right to be around your most treasured asset and that's your babies.

So happy she's doing better and is being a strong person, that's what her family would've wanted. The mothers bf looks like a damn elf, don't worry girl, he will get what he deserves in prison.

Your story touched me sweetheart so much. You got this, God will give you the strength you need to face this evil demon. I'm so sorry you had to go thru this & watch what you had to watch. As an X-battered woman I believe your Mom ran to save you & your Sister, she loved you that much. I'll keep you & your family in my prayers!! ❤ Stay Strong!!
