Cities need to make beds available for these people for rehabilitation, going through this with a family member and no where has any room to help them

Man this is a problem as old as heroin and as vad as heroin and pain pills are, until we treat our societal ills, we are beyter off legalizing real opiates and banning most sythetics at all costs. Then put money into education.
