Check out: Pride (In the Name of Love), One, Ultraviolet, Vertigo, Every Breaking Wave (the album cut, not video, it's very distracting), Don't Be Cruel, Where The Streets Have No Name, Angell of Harlem... that can get you started, their catalog is very deep!

U2 has a very diverse catalog, probably the most of any existing band. What would be a challenge is deciding to check out the album track, or any live performances of those album tracks. Bad, for example, has a ton of live performances uploaded on KZfaq, from 1985 to 2017.
